This new school skateboard from Yocaher features a mellow concave design, allowing for a more flat-footed skating style. Compared to medium and steep concaves, the edges of the board are not as bowled. Yocaher's designs hark back to an earlier, simpler time, yet they remain thoroughly modern. Blending current 80s nostalgia with a timeless aesthetic, the geometric patterns utilize a limited color palette to embrace simplicity. The new designs incorporate negative space, showcasing the beautiful wood grain of the hard rock maple bottom layer.
The standard complete Yocaher skateboard comes in two deck sizes: 31" long x 7.75" wide, or 32" long x 8.25" wide. Both feature a 7-ply maple deck with a trick board shape - mellow concave, double kick on nose and tail, making it ideal for a wide range of tricks and suitable for skaters of all levels.
Yocaher also offers two cruiser board options. The mini cruiser measures 27" x 8", with a small deck shape that allows for intense carving and total control when utilizing the kicktail for sharp turns. The micro cruiser, at 25" x 6.5", closely resembles the plastic skateboards of the 1970s. Its micro size enables different riding styles, suitable for small children or experienced carvers seeking a tight, maneuverable ride.
Regardless of the board size, all Yocaher skateboards are equipped with high-quality components. The trucks are 7.675" HD5 heavy-duty 2-tone aluminum alloy, with a 125mm hanger and grade 8 kingpin featuring 90A PU cushions. The 54mm, 95A hardness wheels are paired with ABEC-7 chrome bearings, providing reliable speed and responsiveness. A 3mm rubber riser pad and Black Widow 80A grip tape complete the setup.
Yocaher's Geometric and Wander series offer a range of visually striking deck designs, including green and purple geometric patterns, as well as natural wood grain finishes. These skateboards seamlessly blend modern aesthetics with a timeless, nostalgic appeal, catering to both contemporary and classic skateboarding sensibilities.
